Match you with one or more NDIS providers

If an initial provider does not respond or is not a fit, we may share your details with other providers to ensure you get timely access to support.

By engaging with Assist Providers and submitting your personal information, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your data may be disclosed to multiple NDIS providers in order to best match your needs

We retain full autonomy to reassign or redistribute your information if the original provider does not fit your needs or follow up

Your data may be used across multiple campaigns for the purpose of improving outcomes and service quality

We may work with trusted contractors or third-party tools (e.g. CRMs, ad platforms) to manage and store your data securely

We will not sell your data to unrelated third parties without your explicit consent

All disclosures are made for the purpose of connecting you with NDIS supports and improving participant access to care.

4. Data Ownership and Redistribution

All leads and information collected through our ads, campaigns, and platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Assist Providers.
This means:

Assist Providers has full rights to manage, distribute, and reassign lead dataIf a provider does not sign or engage a lead within three (3) months from the date of introduction to the provider, Assist Providers reserves the right to reallocate that lead to one or more alternative NDIS providers, at its sole discretion and without further notice to the original provider

Leads are treated as proprietary business assets and form part of our ongoing service model and provider success framework

5. Business Sale and Transfer of Assets
In the event of a business sale, acquisition, merger, or restructure, all lead data and participant information may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of Assist Providers' intellectual property and business assets.

The new entity will continue to manage and use this data in accordance with this Privacy Policy (or an updated version provided to you).

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from:
